To reset your MT4 password through your client portal, please find the following steps:
1) Login to your client portal: https://portal.equiticlients.com/sc/#/auth/login
2) Click on "Change MT4 Password"
3) Select your trading account number, and set a new MT4 password. Also, make sure to enter your Portal Password on the last field.
After you click on "Submit", the Password will be changed successfully.
