‘Off quote’ Error message occurs due to one of the following reasons:
1. Connectivity issue: check your internet connection and try again
2. If the client is using an expert advisor, it might be related to the maximum deviation range set on the expert settings
3. Might be a technical issue, please contact support team at support.af@equiti.com
